“Relieving someone’s distress may be a cause for relieving your own distress on the Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit. The Prophet ﷺ said: “I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” and he gestured with his index and middle fingers, separating them slightly. (Narrated by Al-Bukhari) The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship in this world, Allah will relieve them of a hardship on the Day of Resurrection.”
